An experienced coach can be a great advantage for speed and agility training. The athlete must have a coach to assist them with the process of setting goals. Good coaches can help the athlete set practice, performance and game goals. These goals will afford the athelte a better posision over the opposition. Practice goals are designed to prepare an athlete for a specific event. Approach and execution are the focus of these goals. Coaches help set goals with the athletes in order to make them achievable yet demanding.
